Register On-Line!

You can register on-line, check your account balance, and make payments by clicking here! However, you must (1) read the Policy and Procedures document, (2) complete and sign the paper copy of the Medical form, and (3) sign the Registration Confirmation form before your child is considered registered.

Information on EFDS Forms

We are now taking registration for 2012-2013 class session which begins September 4th and runs 36 weeks through mid-June. Classes are filling up fast, so please get your registration in as soon as possible. Please give us a call and we can help get you placed in the right class.

Please download the appropriate form for each student by clicking on the form name to the right. You can download each form separately or download the entire complete registration packet as one file. Please read the Policies and Procedures document completely. If you register on-line, you do not need to fill out the Registration form, but we do require the Medical Form and Confirmation Form be filled-out, signed, and turned into the office. All forms are PDF's, which should allow you to preview and print once downloaded into your computer. Forms are also available in our office.

There is a one-time $25 Registration Fee for new families.
