Information on EFDS Forms

We are now taking registration for Fall 08 class session which begins September 2nd and runs 36 weeks through mid-June. Classes are filling up fast, so please get your registration in as soon as possible. Please give us a call and we can help get you placed in the right class.

If you don't want to register on-line, please download the appropriate form for each student by clicking on the form name to the right (or use the form on the back of the Summer Class brochure). You can download each form separately or download the entire complete regstration packet as one file. All forms are PDF's, which should allow you to preview and print once downloaded into your computer. Forms are also available in our office.

There is a one-time $25 Registration Fee for new families.
