Elite Feet Dance Studio is home to one of the best dance education programs in the Frederick Area, providing an opportunity for both the experienced and recreational dancer to get the best training they can get, in the multiple techniques offered.

The studio strives to provide a well-rounded dance experience by hiring professionally trained staff, who have either danced and trained professionally, or have received a bachelors degree in dance. By guaranteeing the quality of the our entire faculty, we can be confident that our program will not only provide the best learning environment for young and old, but always strive to challenge each and every dancer that comes through our doors.

After teaching dance at several studios in Mt. Airy and Frederick over the past 25 years, Gay Lynn Meadows fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened Elite Feet Dance Studio in the fall of 2005. In the fall of 2006, Elite Feet moved into a new facility in Historic Downtown Frederick at the corner of 4th Street and East Street.
